Ariana Carthan works with both big and tiny humans in the fitness and education field. She is a school counselor for elementary school students and an ACE certified group fitness instructor. Soca & 90s R&B are her favorite genres of music, so you can always catch her bussin’ a good wine or pouring her heart out into a hairbrush microphone. Her energetic spirit allows her to work with all populations bringing JOY everywhere she goes.
