Let’s start with the basics. How long have you been a Wukkout! instructor: I founded Wukkout! 10 years ago (so all it’s life).

Where are you originally from and what Island do you represent: I was born in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (a suburb of Toronto) and repping Guyana!

Favorite Wukkout! routine: There are over 200 routines - this is an impossible question! 3 of my faves are Jolene, Cheers to Life, and The Struggle.⁣

Favorite West Indian Dish: Bake and Saltfish.

Patrice or Nadia: I LOVE Patrice's voice, but I think I've been feeling what Nadia has been putting out more lately.⁣

Machel or Kes: Don't do this to me.

Lyrikal or Bunji: Lyroooooo! (By a 𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘮 margin)⁣.

Power Soca or Groovy: I am, without question, a groovy gyal⁣.

Favorite Soca song of ALL time: This is easy. Dr. Cassandra by Gabby. It gets me every single time.

Favorite Rum: As if there's another answer. El Dorado (12 years) of course!

Favorite Wukkout! Memory: Brooklyn Museum for First Saturdays!

Here are some fun facts to end us off:
