About Tyrone: As a child raised in a Jamaican immigrant household, Caribbean music has always been a part of my life.  As a licensed social work professional, I seek to help others maintain an increased sense of insight and well-being.  I strongly believe Wukkout!® incorporates both aspects.  The vibrant sounds of soca music along with the wonderful choreography truly uplifts my spirits and I hope to do that for my students. Plus, you can get a fantastic workout in!  To all my bacchanalists, come juk and wine with me to experience a taste of Carnival!

Days: Tuesday September 5th & Wednesday September 6th
Time: 6-7pm
Location: Fit4Dance (154 Utica Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11213)
Cost: $15 (Labor Day SALE - sign up through MindBody) / $18 at the door (price listed is per class)
What to Bring: Regular workout clothes, bottle of water, small towel or rag and that carnival spirit!
