It’s that time of year! We are back for another 2 Hour Wukkout!® and Holiday Party. Join Wukkout!® Founder Krista Martins, alongside Wukkout!® Instructors Allie, Ariana and Phenixx, for double the Wukkout!® at Aspire 2 Dance in Bed-Stuy. Wuk up a sweat with us and then stay for light refreshments as we celebrate the holiday season. We will also be collecting toys and gifts on behalf of Brooklyn Community Services for children in need so we would appreciate it if you are able to bring a new, unwrapped toy or gift. CarNYval & Friends: Pre-Labor Day Sweat Fete

It's going down, Friday August 24th, at Mark Morris Dance Center in Brooklyn.  Join Wukkout!® Founder, Krista Martins, alongside Wukkout!® Instructor, Allie, as they bring the Wukkout!® heat to CarNYval & Friends: Pre-Labor Day Sweat Fete.  The 3 hour class, hosted by Kiara of CarNYval Fit, will feature some of New York City's top soca and Afrobeat instructors, as we count down the days to the West Indian Day Parade.  Advanced ticket purchase is only available from our special #teamwukkout link.  See details and get your tickets below.

On Saturday March 31st, we had the pleasure of participating in Sweatfest 2 at Milk River Lounge.  Wukkout!® Founder, Krista, was joined by instructors Allie, Ariana and Tyrone and they brought the house down!

Wukkout!® Soca Fitness Class: Women's History Month Edition

Grab your girls and join us as we bring Wukkout!® to the Flatbush Caton Market for a special class in celebration of Women's History Month.

March is Women's History Month and we wanted to celebrate by holding a Wukkout!® class at the Flatbush Caton Market in Brooklyn. First wuk up a sweat and wine down low with us and then feel free to stay and shop from the different Caribbean owned small businesses within the market. You can also fulfill that post-class hunger by grabbing something to go from one of the West Indian food stalls on site.

Class will be lead by Wukkout!® Instructor, Allie and will be 1 hour long. The class is only $10 and tickets must be purchased in advance through Eventbrite. **No door tickets available.**   Details and link to purchase tickets below.

Wukkout!® is Heading to Long Island!

We are beyond excited to announce that Wukkout!® is heading to Long Island this February!  Wukkout!® Instructor, Allie, will be holding 5 classes in Floral Park, NY (it's close for our Queens people too) through the end of the month.  The first two classes will be free and the remaining 3 classes will be only $9.00 per class.  Pre-registration is highly recommended.  See details below.

Wukkout!® Soca Fitness Class & Happy Hour: 2 Hour Edition

You asked for more and we're bringing you more! Join us for the February edition of our new monthly class series and happy hour at 333 Lounge on Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn.  This month we will be bringing you a 2 hour Wukkout!® class on Monday February 5th.

First, wuk up a sweat and wine down low with us and then feel free to stay and join us for low calorie drink specials. If you'd like to get there earlier, happy hour will run from 5-8pm (and will even be extended for all class participants).  Class will be lead by Wukkout!® Instructor Tyrone and will begin at approximately 7:15pm. We'll be going for 2 hours strong but if you can only make it for 1 hour, that's fine too! Simply choose the hour you'd like to attend when making your ticket purchase.  Grab your friends, grab your flag and come Wukkout!® with us! 

Date: Monday February 5th
Time: 7-11pm (class will begin at approx. 7:15pm and will last just under 2 hours - if you'd like to do only a 1 hour class, that's fine too)

Celebrate the Season with Wukkout!® - 2 Hour Holiday Fitness Fete & Toy Drive

The holiday season is here so what better way to celebrate than to throw a party!  Join Wukkout!® and Aspire 2 Dance as we celebrate the season with a 2 hour Wukkout!® class and holiday party.

Come get your double dose of Wukkout!® with Founder, Krista Martins, alongside Wukkout!® Instructors, Tyrone, Kim and Ariana.  Wukkout!® Wear will be available for purchase and after class, stay and join us for holiday treats, refreshments and cocktails, as we toast to the year ahead.

Lastly, but certainly not least, we are joining forces with Brooklyn Community Services to host a toy/gift drive for children in need.  BCS will be on site collecting toys/gifts and we appreciate anything you are able to give.

**Please note that beginning in 2018, there will be a small price increase for our regular classes.  The drop-in rate will now be $15 and packages of 4 classes will increase to $45.  Additionally, if you purchase all 7 weeks of the winter session in advance, you pay only $75.00.  (Anyone previously purchased class packages will continue to be honored).  We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to have you in class in the new year.

September Schedule at Athleta

Can you believe it's already September??  We will be back at the Athleta Studio (126 5th Ave., NYC) this month for two classes only!   Classes will be held on Fridays September 1st and 8th at 6pm.  As always, class is free and open to the public however early registration is highly recommended as spaces (and the waiting list) get filled quickly.  Registration opens up 10 days prior to the class you'd like to take so keep an eye on MindBody to reserve your space.

To Register you have Two Options:

1) Go to the Athleta profile on MindBody Online, find the date of the Wukkout!® class you'd like to attend and click 'Sign Up Now' to register (you will be required to create a MindBody Account if you don't already have one)

or

2) Download the MindBody App, register and create a profile, find the date of the Wukkout!® class you'd like to attend and sign up.

Please note that to ensure entry in the class, you must be on time**.  Athleta will start giving spots away to the waiting list and to any walk-ins once the class time hits.  Additionally, Athleta will not let anyone into the class after 10 minutes.  The studio has a capacity of 35 people and we are always filled to the brim.  Get there early if you can!  Feel free to email us if you have any further questions and hope to see you there!

**The Athleta Studio has implemented a new late cancellation/no-show policy ($5 fee).  Please be sure to read the waiver in your MindBody account.
